Position Title: Senior Advisors - Operational Contact

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for two motivated Senior Advisors to join our small but growing team. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of Capvine's policies and strategies.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders on behalf of Capvine.

  • Provide reviews of draft operational documents, policies, and strategies.

  • Contribute to background analyses and recommendations for Executive use.

  • Review and make recommendations on the consistency of the Network’s operational programs with other policies and strategies.

  • Track projects and programs in the delivery pipeline.

  • Monitor project processing timelines and the Executive calendar.

  • Facilitate in-house policy and development training for the rest of the Capvine team.

  • Contribute to the on-going learning and development of staff.

Directly reports to:

 

Operations Manager.

Requirements:

 

A keen interest in International Development, International Relations, Development Economics and Sustainable Development.

We are looking for two new Content Creators to join our small but growing team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for our blog, newsletters and social media platforms.

  • Assisting the communications team with the design of promotional materials.

  • Using social media to engage members, respond to questions, and to promote the organisation’s initiatives.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

  • Suggesting new ways to promote organisation offerings to reach new members.

Directly reports:

 

Communications Manager.
